- No Returns or Exchanges: As our chocolates and artisanal confections are perishable, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the product has left our facilities. We recommend storing and handling our products according to the provided instructions to ensure the best experience.
2. ORDER ISSUES
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please visit our Contact Page within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may require photographic evidence to process your claim. Contact Page.
- Incorrect Orders: If you received the wrong flavor or item, please notify us within 24 hours. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent out at no additional cost.
3. REFUNDS
- Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds may only be issued in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or if there was an error in fulfilling your order. All refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
- Processing Refunds: Once your refund is approved, we will process it within 3-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
4. CANCELLATIONS
- Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placing the order. Beyond this period, the order will be prepared for shipment, and cancellations will not be possible.
